These terms apply to premiermgtgroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Premier Asset Management Group, Inc. (“Premier,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes our property management services, the areas we serve and how to rent a home we manage. Its content is general information, not legal, tax or investment advice about your particular property. Rents, availability, rental criteria and service areas can change. A proposal you request through the Site is not a binding offer, and sending a form does not create a management agreement or a tenancy or guarantee approval of a rental application.

2. Management agreements, applications and leases

When you hire us to manage a property, the management agreement you sign governs that work. When you apply for or rent a home we manage, the rental application, lease and the law that applies to them govern. Our Rental Criteria page summarizes how applications are evaluated and does not replace those documents.

3. Equal housing opportunity

Premier is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We follow federal, California and local fair housing laws and do not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic those laws protect.

4. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • copy, republish or sell the Site’s text, photos or design without our written permission;
  • send spam, false information, or someone else’s contact details through our forms;
  • try to disrupt or overload the Site, or gain unauthorized access to it, its forms or the systems behind them;
  • use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site; or
  • send or upload anything unlawful, harmful, infringing, or containing malicious code.

We may block access to the Site, or disregard submissions, that break these rules.

5. Information you send us

If you send us information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and yours to share. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Our names and content

The Site’s text, photos, graphics, logos and design belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. “Premier Asset Management Group” and “Premier” are our business names and may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you, your business or your products.

8. Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. This section is about the Site only. It does not limit anything we agree with you in a signed management agreement or lease.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any website it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Responsibility for misuse

If you use the Site in breach of these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly. If we cannot, the dispute will be heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, or in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may use small claims court where it is available.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date, and using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Site. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it.
