You receive a monthly statement package with income, expenses and notes, plus distributions to your account. Statements and documents are always available in the owner portal.

Once onboarding is complete you will receive an email invitation to create your owner portal login. Our team can walk you through it by phone at 310-218-1880.

Every adult applicant completes an application and is approved before move-in. Screening includes credit and background checks, income and employment verification, and rental or business references.

Through the resident portal. You can pay online, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests with photos, any time of day.

Your lease lists which utilities you are responsible for. Contact each provider to start service in your name before move-in. If you are unsure who services your address, contact our office and we will help.

Shut off water at the fixture or main valve if you can do so safely, then call our 24/7 maintenance line right away. For active flooding, also contact the water utility to shut off service at the street.
