Everything residents and applicants need: how to apply, what we look for, and how to pay rent or request maintenance online.

Four simple steps from first look to move-in day.
Browse available properties and schedule a showing with our leasing team.
Every adult (18+) who will live in the unit submits an application and pays the non-refundable application fee.
We verify income, employment, rental history, credit and background, then notify you of the decision.
Sign your lease electronically, send your deposit and first month's rent, and pick up your keys.
Every applicant is evaluated by the same written standards, in full compliance with fair housing laws.
FULL RENTAL CRITERIA →Your lease lists which utilities you are responsible for. Contact each provider to start service in your name before move-in. If you are unsure who services your address, contact our office.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees and grace periods are listed in your lease.
Log in to the resident portal and submit a request with photos. For emergencies, call 310-218-1880 any time.
Shut off water at the fixture or main valve if you can do so safely, then call our 24/7 line. For active flooding, also contact the water utility.
Most Premier properties require renters insurance. Check your lease for minimum coverage.
We reach out before your lease ends with renewal terms. You can also contact the office anytime to discuss.
