Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Premier Asset Management Group, Inc. (“Premier,” “we,” “us”) collects through premiermgtgroup.com and when you contact us about management services or a rental. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Premier Asset Management Group, Inc. is a property management company and California real estate corporation, Corporate DRE #02449352. Our office is at 17337 Ventura Blvd, Ste 105, Encino, CA 91316. You can reach us at 310-218-1880 or info@premiermgtgroup.com.

2. Information you give us

  • Proposal request form (Contact page): your name, email address, phone number (optional), property type, property address, number of units or approximate square footage, and your message.
  • Home page form: your name, email address and the approximate size of your property.
  • Calls and emails you send us, and anything you choose to include in them.
  • Owners who hire us and residents who apply for or rent a home we manage give us further information through the management agreement, rental application or lease. That information is handled under those documents and the law that applies to them.

3. Information collected automatically

  • When you send a form: your IP address, browser and device type, language and time zone, the page you sent it from, the page that referred you to our site and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by (for example utm_source or gclid). We use these to answer your inquiry and to tell real inquiries from spam.
  • Forms you start but do not send: once you have typed an email address or phone number in one of our forms, what you have typed in that form is saved as you go, even if you do not press Send, so we can follow up on your inquiry. The note under each form says so. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted, or replaced by your inquiry when you send it.
  • Visit statistics: our website keeps its own count of how it is used, on our own server, without cookies: the pages viewed, how far down a page was read and for how long, taps on our phone number or email address, the buttons, questions, menu items and filters chosen, links to other websites opened, and whether a form was started. Each browser tab gets a random visit number, kept in the browser for that tab only; your IP address is shortened before it is stored (its last part removed). We keep the type of device, its operating system and browser by name (not their versions) and its screen size, and the approximate location Cloudflare gives for your IP address (country, region and city), never your street address or exact position. These statistics are not shared with anyone.
  • Browser storage: our site remembers the page you arrived on, any campaign tags and the visit number for the length of your visit, so a form you send later is credited to the right source. This is cleared when you close the tab.
  • Google Maps: our footer shows a map of our office from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to it.
  • Cloudflare: our website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request information to keep the site secure and available.
  • Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located and what devices they use. It uses cookies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

We do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

4. How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and prepare management proposals.
  • To respond to rental inquiries and arrange viewings.
  • To provide management services to the owners we work with.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.
  • To protect our website and business from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To keep business records and comply with the law, including fair housing and real estate licensing rules.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with companies that help us run our website and business, and only so they can do that work for us:

  • DigitalOcean: hosts our website and stores our record of form submissions and our visit statistics.
  • Cloudflare: delivers our website and protects it from attacks.
  • Our email provider: delivers form notifications to our staff by email.
  • Google: Google Analytics, and the Google Maps map in our footer.
  • AIM Squad, LLC: builds and maintains our website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the safety, rights or property of our clients, residents, staff or the public, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

6. How long we keep your information

Our website removes the IP address from a form record after 90 days and deletes the record itself after one year. A form that was not sent (turned back for a missing detail, or that stopped part way) and messages filtered as spam are kept for 30 days, so we can follow up, then deleted. Our visit statistics are deleted after 13 months. Information that becomes part of a management relationship, rental application or lease is kept for as long as that relationship lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards, for example for real estate licensing, tax and accounting records.

7. Your choices and requests

  • See, correct or delete your information: email info@premiermgtgroup.com or call 310-218-1880. We will confirm the request comes from you, usually by matching the contact details we already hold, and respond within 45 days.
  • Email: ask us, and we will stop sending anything other than messages about services or a tenancy you have with us.
  • Cookies, browser storage and analytics: use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we do not sell or share personal information and do not track you across other websites, so there is nothing further to opt out of.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

8. Security

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form records are stored outside the public part of our web server, and access to them is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

9. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will say so on this page.
